How to Use

We source our ingredients directly from producers and use straight juice squeezed in our own factory. We use plenty of straight lemon juice, mainly from Hiroshima Prefecture, which is the number one producer in Japan, to create a drinkable jelly that retains the original aroma of the ingredients and the distinctive sweet and sour taste of lemon.
