Our wheat flour experts have selected and blended over 50 varieties of Japanese wheat to create three types of specialized flours that allow anyone to easily make delicious sweets, bread, and noodles. Enjoy the well-balanced flavor, texture, and ease of use of safe and reliable Japanese wheat in any recipe.
Confectionery flour: Ideal for all types of sweets, such as sponge cakes, pound cakes, and cookies. Enjoy its light, fluffy texture and rich flavor.
Bread flour: Excellent for baking soft, fluffy bread with great volume.
Noodle flour: Produces smooth and glossy noodles, perfect for various noodle dishes.
No post-harvest pesticides, bleaching agents, quality improvers, or additives are used.
