How to Use
The dough is made by mixing wheat flour with saltwater to create the "men-nama" (raw noodle dough), which is then gently stretched. Each noodle strand is carefully hand-stretched to produce a smooth, high-quality finish.
Using only select ingredients and a traditional 11-step hand-stretching process, the somen is repeatedly stretched and rested, resulting in a refined texture and taste.
This product is known as one of the most highly regarded somen noodles in Japan.
