How to Use
Pure white radishes are hand-woven one by one with thin string, then hung from the ceiling and smoked over oak wood for 3-5 days to dry and bring out their delicious aroma. They are then pickled in rice bran and salt, and a cold, snow-like breeze fills the workshop, creating a rich, flavorful taste. No preservatives, colorings, or seasonings (such as amino acids) are used, and the method makes use of only natural flavors. It features the simple, traditional taste of sitting around the hearth.
