Our unique milling technology enables us to offer a wide range of whole wheat flours—from ultra-fine types suitable for cakes to coarse-ground varieties with a delightfully crisp texture and appealing appearance.
By milling the entire grain, including the bran, you gain approximately five times more dietary fiber, vitamins, and minerals than regular flour.
We use only post-harvest pesticide-free domestic wheat, and we do not use bleach, quality improvers, or additives.
This flour is ideal for health-conscious families. Both machine-milled and stone-milled options are available to suit various recipes.
GI Value: About 45 compared to approx. 60 for regular flour
