Based in Asahikawa City, Hokkaido, we are a craft beer brewery that uses locally sourced ingredients and pure spring water from the foot of Mt. Daisetsu. Since our founding in 1996, we have been dedicated to sustainable brewing, ensuring safety and quality while preserving the natural environment. In particular, we focus on small-scale production of carefully crafted beers, utilizing the abundant natural resources of Hokkaido to create unique, regionally inspired brews.
