This product is a curry roux developed under the supervision of "Kamakura Yakuzen Academy" in Kamakura. Three types of medicinal ingredients are blended into the curry spice to create a fragrant spice curry. It is flour-free, so please enjoy it as a soup curry. Flour-free. No animal ingredients. Vegan compatible.
