How to Use
[Available Sizes] Choose from 500g, 1kg, 5kg, or 22kg. Prices vary by size, so please feel free to contact us. Our buckwheat flour is made exclusively from domestically grown buckwheat. In addition to popular Hokkaido varieties, we also offer rare organic buckwheat flour. Choose from two types of milling: stone-ground or machine-milled. Stone milling is done slowly without heat, preserving the natural aroma and flavor of the buckwheat. 100% Domestic Buckwheat: For both safety and high quality, we are committed to using only Japanese-grown buckwheat. Rare Organic Buckwheat: Enjoy the rich, natural flavor of carefully selected buckwheat grown in natural environments. Stone-Milled vs. Machine-Milled: Stone-Milled: Slowly ground without heat to retain maximum flavor and aroma. Machine-Milled: Ensures consistent quality and is ideal for mass production. Highly Nutritious: Rich in B vitamins, minerals, rutin, and dietary fiber, ideal for health-conscious individuals. Versatile Uses: Perfect for soba noodles as well as gluten-free cookies, galettes, and breads. Trusted by Professionals: Highly rated by quality-focused chefs, including top establishments in Ginza.
